Casual
Pocket Tavern Keeper
★★★★☆ 4.1
Pocket Tavern Keeper is comfort food in game form. You seat guests, cook orders, and slowly expand a rickety tavern into a proper establishment. The core loop is familiar time-management stuff, but it's held together by charming regulars who each have little stories that unfold as you serve them.
Upgrades roll in at a steady pace — new dishes, better furniture, extra staff to take the pressure off. I appreciated that busy nights get genuinely hectic without ever feeling unfair. There's a rhythm you fall into that's oddly soothing.
It leans casual, so if you want a challenge you'll run out fairly quickly. But as a wind-down game to play in short bursts, it's charming and generous with content.
